How to delete your My Pet Files account?

You can permanently delete your My Pet Files account and all information associated with it.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Delete your account through the app

1. Open My Pet Files and sign in.

2. Open Account or Settings.

3. Select Delete account.

4. Read the confirmation message and confirm that you want your account deleted.

Request deletion without the app

You can request deletion even if you have uninstalled My Pet Files or can no longer access the app.
